Your Intuitivarian Process
Why has it become so confusing on what we are suppose to eat? Are we suppose to be on structured, controlling programs or be like children and eat when we are hungry? I feel the latter with a touch of structure to help us contract and expand.
There are a variety of nutrition modalities that have been studied and researched. Many of these concepts such as; Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Mediterranean, Vegan, and Paleo have helped people’s individual evolution. I have been all of these! Did I feel great, sure, did it last, no. Have you tried any of these and still have obsessive thoughts around your food?
If you are anything like me, I can not follow a plan perfectly, I have these beautiful emotions, cravings, and life experiences that are more important to me than being perfect and rigid.
During our life experiences, we have an inner knowing to express our whole selves. This is called being an Intuitivarian. If you have tried every program out there and cannot “stick” with it, it is time and you are ready to apply and integrate this information and make it your own process. As you navigate toward what works for you, you will be able to become the translator between you and your body.
The Intuitivarian process suggests you in finding your own balance with simple suggestions and shared concepts instead of approaching your life with an all or none attitude. We are connecting your reason with your intuition. This is the secret to a fulfilled life.
